Koroneiki olives are pressed together with fresh basil which releases the distinct aromas and oils of the basil leaves. The flavours are fresh and grassy with a vibrant taste & aroma of the basil. It is creamy and nicely balanced by the lovely peppery finish from extra virgin olive oil. Ideal for: salads, drizzled over bruschetta, pasta, marinades for white meats, grilled sandwiches, popcorn or just dunk a baguette in it!
