      Can I add items to a Curated Box?

      Of course you can! After personalizing your curated box, go to the Build-a-Box page. Add any single items you wish to include to your curated box. Upon checkout, write a note in 'Special Instructions' to add the items to the box. You can also send an email to hello@joybox.ca for customized requests.

      What about corporate gifting?

      Please contact us at hello@joybox.ca to help you with your corporate gifting. We would love to make sending JOY and appreciation simple and fun for you.

      Can I add products not listed on your website inside a JOYBOX?

      Do you have an idea that you don't see currently in our offerings? We love bringing your ideas to life and are happy to help you curate the perfect JOYBOX customized to your liking.

      My favourite box is sold out, how long will it take to restock?

      We are currently able to restock items within 3-5 business days.

      What is the size of each box?

      Small Box: 8" x 8" x 3"

      Medium Box: 10" x 10" x 5"

      Large Box: 12" x 12" x 4"

      These are the sizes of each JOYBOX before they are placed in a shipping box.

      Where are JOYBOXES processed?

      Each JOYBOX is hand packed and assembled in Calgary, Alberta.

      Where are your products made?

      We believe in supporting local business. Each of our products are made in Canada and some by local artisans in the Calgary area.

      When will my JOYBOX arrive?

      Shipping takes 2-3 days, if you need it in a rush, choose an expedited option.

      Please expect longer shipping times during the holidays.

      Is shipping included?

      Shipping is calculated at check-out.

      Do you ship internationally?

      You better believe it! We've even shipped to the United Kingdom!

      Will you notify me when the JOYBOX has been delivered?

      We will provide a tracking number so you can see when your JOY has arrived! Then you know which date you can expect some gushing, excitement and thank you's!

      How do I schedule a delivery to arrive on a certain day?

      Include your arrival date request in the 'special notes' section upon checkout. We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number when your JOYBOX has been shipped!

      Do you ship to rural locations?

      Yes we do! The shipping timeline to rural locations can take 5-10 business days.

      Can I pick-up my order?

      Yes! If you would prefer to pick up your JOYBOX in Calgary, Alberta and hand deliver it yourself, choose the pick-up option at check-out.

      Can I ship to more than one address in a single order?

      If you would like to order more than one JOYBOX and have them shipped to different addresses, you will need to do each order separately.

      How do I pre-order birthday or surprise gifts for the year?

      Make a separate order for each JOYBOX that you would like to have delivered throughout the year, including the recipient's name and address. Include in the comments the date you would like each JOYBOX to arrive. This way, you can do all your shopping in one sitting and rest assured that your thoughtful gift will arrive on its' expected day!

      Absolutely! As long as it hasn't shipped yet. Just email hello@joybox.ca with any questions.

      What's your return policy?

      Sorry, all JOYBOX sales are final. Don't worry, they will love it, we promise!
